Since the launch of the first ISO 16949 training session on 11 August 2023, we have continued this important training activity on a bi-weekly basis. Each training session lasted for two days and the entire executive staff showed great enthusiasm and positive feedback.

Through this series of training, we have achieved significant improvement and promotion in many aspects of our work. First of all, the coordination and consistency between various departments have been significantly enhanced. The standards and concepts of ISO 16949 have been deeply embedded in the workflow of each department, so that everyone can better understand and cooperate with each other when dealing with various affairs, thereby improving the overall work efficiency and effect.

In the next in-depth learning process, all administrative staff will participate in the high-end training meeting with a high degree of enthusiasm and focus.

First of all, we will interpret the core content and requirements of ISO 16949 standard in detail to understand its important guiding significance for product quality, production process and continuous improvement. Every executive needs to have a thorough grasp of this international automotive quality management standard in order to implement and monitor it in their respective positions.

Then, we will in-depth understand the application of 16949 standard in actual work scenarios through field observation and simulation exercises. This includes how to conduct effective process control, how to conduct quality risk analysis, and how to use various tools and methods for continuous improvement.

In addition, we will invite industry experts and senior practitioners to share and exchange valuable knowledge and lessons from their practical experience. This will help us to better understand and respond to the various challenges and issues that may be encountered during the implementation of the 16949 standard.

Throughout the learning process, we will emphasize the importance of teamwork and communication.
